About Us

Mass Marketing Concepts was founded in 1985 to service the voluntary benefit needs of corporate America. The initial primary emphasis for MMC was consulting for insurance carriers, developing products, and marketing plans for the voluntary benefit markets. MMC has since provided insurance programs to more than 100,000 employees and has designed and managed benefit enrollments for companies with as few as 10 lives to as many as 18,000.​ Our core mission is to maximize our client's benefit dollars through plan design and employee education. By representing all of the voluntary benefits made available to your employees, we can advise rather than sell. We work on the premise of setting priorities based on the real needs, with an ever watchful eye on costs.
